I have created the same account 3 times now. It seems I can login and play for 24 hours, 48 at most. After such time has passed, my login is no longer exists. Additionally, I've prestiged roughly 2 times with unknown levels remaining totalled from the amount of characters I've recreated and worked on. I'm hoping for a fix on this issue before I can enjoy playing continuously and not wasting my efforts. 

I am hopeful for some sort of exp boost to bring me back to where I was. Although Im not expecting a miracle. I'm not sure what all has changed since I last played or if not having donation armor being the reason why the leveling seems a bit slower. I plan to make donations to obtain that benefit later on, but of course I dont want to risk paying for somethiing that will be deleted the next day...

Suggestion/s

• Can you make it so you wouldn't need essences/dusts as a way to upgrade your armor to a higher class and instead, you could create an area with gear sets where you could purchase certain gear part for specific amount of essences/dusts. Let's say, you would make an area for each gear set where each gear part has a lever, that allows you to purchase that part for specific amount of essences/dusts, for example "5-10" per part
  

• The main reason being, that it is incredibly annoying and stressful to collect like 100 of those essences/dusts and not even manage to fully upgrade your gear, because some parts took insane amount of essences/dusts to upgrade than the rest. I legitimately wasted around 120 essences/dusts to upgrade my gear to a higher level, while other times it took me maybe only 20-30 essences/dusts. It is incredibly frustrating to have a "chance" for upgrade, despite the amount of essences/dusts you have got
  

• Increase upgrade chance 
  

• Allow bosses to drop items instead of essences/dusts. Basically, same thing as with "Lightning Boss" aka the 1st prestige boss
  

Any chance to get those gem statues to purchase additional health and mana like in the olden days?

Looks like Dark Shard upgraders are unattainable due to there being no body to loot.

I'm trying to enter but it gives me error 10060 and i see that there are people who do enter and can play admin help i would like to enter and play

I've been waiting a while to see this server back up and running. I've been having quite a bit of issues when logging and dying where my character doesn't save any of the progress and or eq that i've looted and had to practically restart. If there's something i can do on my end in the meantime to not lose any items please let me know!
